PBID Programs
Clean, safe and secure are the foundation of the PBID’s charter.
To meet these benchmarks we provide several scheduled services that augment existing City departments.
These programs protect and enhance the stakeholders’ investment in our area. They provide an environment that is conducive to attracting and retaining retail businesses and are, also, fundamental in maintaining an inviting neighborhood in which to live.
Your PBID provides Public Safety Ambassadors who patrol the area seven days a week. Their responsibilities include safety patrols, auto escort services, community relations and guest and visitor assistance.
The walkways, alleys and streets are cleaned Monday – Saturday each week. Services include trash removal, street and sidewalk sweeping, high pressure washing of sidewalks and graffiti removal.

Public Safety Ambassadors
Public Safety Ambassadors patrol all PBID areas daily beginning at 11:00 AM. These patrols are made both on foot and by a motorized vehicle called a T-3. PBID Public Safety Ambassadors also provide escorts for visitors, guests, employees and others to their vehicles or residences within the PBID during hours of service.

Street and Sidewalk Cleaning
All streets and sidewalks are swept on Monday mornings beginning at approximately 5:30 AM. Monthly, a crew will use a high pressure washer to clean sidewalks of accumulated gum, grease and other residue.
Litter and trash are also removed from the streets and sidewalks in the morning hours Tuesday through Saturday.
Alley Cleaning
Alleys are patrolled and litter and illegally dumped items are collected twice weekly on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.
Graffiti Removal
We want to remove graffiti without unnecessary delay within the PBID. A graffiti eradication team will remove graffiti and paint the affected area with paint that matches the original surface Monday through Friday.
